About us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FROLIOLI online store and the purchase of our handmade products.
FROLIOLI, based in the Czech Republic, creates handcrafted bags and accessories in small batches.

Handmade nature of products 

All FROLIOLI items are handmade.
Slight variations in color, texture, or stitching are normal and form part of each product’s unique character.
These variations do not constitute defects.

Ordering process

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • all information provided is accurate,

  • you are at least 18 years old,

  • you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Policies and payments

  • All prices are listed in Euro, including VAT if applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely via approved payment methods at checkout (PayPal, Stripe).

  • FROLIOLI reserves the right to update prices at any time.

Returns and refunds

​Because all items are handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases where the product is faulty.

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:
hello@frolioli.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If a defect is confirmed:

  • we will repair or replace the item (if possible), or

  • issue a full refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect care are not considered faulty.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production or shipping.For pre-made items, cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, product descriptions, branding, and visual materials on this website are the exclusive property of FROLIOLI. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Use of website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that harm the website’s function or security.

Limitation of liability

FROLIOLI is not responsible for:

  • losses caused by incorrect use of products,

  • postal delays,

  • damage after delivery,

  • or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent Czech courts.
