Yes. Every FROLIOLI bag is handcrafted in small batches in the Czech Republic. Slight variations in color, pattern, or stitching make each piece truly unique and are not considered defects.

FROLIOLI is based in the Czech Republic, and all bags are designed and handmade locally.

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns, unless the item arrives faulty. If you believe your item is defective, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we will assist you.

Yes, we ship from the Czech Republic to selected countries. Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Shipping times vary by destination: • Czech Republic: usually 2–5 business days • EU countries: approx. 1–3 business days • Rest of world: varies depending on location and customs Please note: customs delays are outside our control.

• In-stock items: ship within 1–2 business days • Handmade-to-order pieces: production times are listed on each product page (normallt 10-14 days) Because each bag is handcrafted, production timelines may vary slightly.

Materials & Finishes • Exterior fabrics: silk, canvas, twill, or velvet • Lining: a large in-house library of colors and prints to choose from • Frame: crafted primarily in silver or gold leather • Optional details: loops, and a detachable chain

To keep your bag in top condition: • Avoid excessive moisture • Keep away from sharp objects • Store in a cool, dry place • Clean gently with a soft cloth • Follow any special instructions listed on your product page

We’re delighted to create bespoke bags using your own artwork—including wedding crests, save-the-dates, venue illustrations, monograms, and more. Share your vision and we’ll turn it into a beautifully handcrafted piece you’ll treasure. Send your artwork & inquiry to hello@frolio.li. 2. We’ll review your design and reply with recommendations, pricing, and a timeline. 3. Once approved, we handcraft your bag and keep you updated until it ships.

You can cancel only before your item is shipped. Once the order is dispatched or enters production (for handmade-to-order items), cancellation is no longer possible.

We accept major secure payment methods available at checkout, including: • Credit/debit cards • PayPal (if enabled) • Local payment options depending on your region

Some items may include optional gift wrapping. If available, you’ll see the option on the product page or at checkout.

Please send an email to hello@frolioli.com within 14 days of delivery, including: • your order number, • photos of the issue, • a brief description. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item, or provide a refund if repair/replacement isn't possible.
